John is responsive, patient, and excellent at communicating with buyer clients. When my client needed in person assistance with her loan paperwork, John always made himself available to accomodate her. He also kept our team up to speed on everything happening with her loan process, and my client repeatedly told me how much she liked working with John.

My client's loan was denied on the day of closing (actually 2 weeks after it was originally scheduled to close). I asked John to look into it and he was able to save it! We closed 24 days later!
